ATHOL STREET, MOONEE PONDS

A new residence situated on a corner site in Moonee Ponds. Contemporary in design this building is designed around a central atrium space and opens out to a series of courtyards. It re-defines the long narrow site and “splits” the site in half with a new entrance from the side street.
